Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied with your Simply The Best Pet Nail Clippers, you may return them within 15 days of delivery.

To request a return:

  2. We’ll provide return instructions.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in resellable condition.

Australian Orders

  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • Once received, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

International Orders

  • We accept returns from eligible international destinations.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees and any import duties are non-refundable.
